The Goulphar lighthouse standing 52m high and built entirely of granite, is situated in Bangor on Belle Ile sur Mer. Visits everyday from 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 5.30pm.
The Citadel of Vauban which dominates Le Palais’s port was built in 1549. The Citadel is open to the public and houses a museum on the history of Belle Ile.
Kerel beach, situated 800m from the campsite is ideal for playing, swimming and sunbathing. Donnant beach, not far from the campsite, is well known for its boardsports.
